How do hours work each month?

Your hours are flexible within the month. We'll plan your priorities in our strategy session, then use your hours across design sprints, UX/UI updates, prototypes, and deliverables. You'll always know where time is going with a weekly summary.

What if I need more hours?

If you need more than your retainer includes, you can add additional hours at your package rate. Many clients start at 15 hours and scale up as momentum builds.

How flexible is the commitment?

We offer monthly retainers with discounts for 3, 6, or 9-month commitments. Most teams find at least 3 months gives them enough time to see meaningful results.

Can unused hours roll over?

Unused hours don't roll over. This rarely comes up because we plan your work in advance and pace delivery across the month. If you expect a heavier design cycle ahead, we can adjust your package before the month begins to make sure you have the hours you need.
