What it is
Decide what your product has to prove, then build that
We run two tracks. One is for civil engineers building tools for their teams, and the other is for startup founders with an idea and no product yet. In both, you build with AI and get to a working MVP in one sitting. We start by naming the one thing your product has to do, so the wish list waits until you know that much works.
We pick one person each session and build their MVP live on screen, while everyone else runs the same steps on their own idea. We run the lab in person in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ventura County, and the first round of labs is a beta in Ventura County.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You build with an AI builder like Claude, Codex, or Lovable, and we walk you through every step from your idea to a working build.

A Standard seat is $195 with lunch included. Guided Follow-Through is $395 and adds two private 1-hour strategy sessions within two weeks. The first round of labs is a beta, and a beta seat is $50 while those dates last.

What should I bring?
A laptop and charger, a free account on an AI builder like Claude, Codex, or Lovable, your idea in one or two sentences, and any notes you already have.
