Rest and Roam Rentals

Rest and Roam Rentals manages short-term rentals across Los Angeles and Orange County and pays homeowners guaranteed rent. We designed the stamp mark, the website for travelers and homeowners, and the key tags guests find on arrival.

Project Overview

Rest and Roam Rentals manages short-term rentals across Los Angeles and Orange County. Travelers book stays that fit kids, pets, and work trips. Homeowners hand over the keys and get paid the same guaranteed rent every month, whether the home is booked for ten nights or thirty. The brand had to speak to both at once.

Our Role

We designed the identity, the website, and the pieces guests hold in their hands.

  • The mark: four ideas in one stamp. A compass for direction and the journey ahead. A postage stamp for travel. Palms and a wave for the places people go. And the name, because Rest and Roam captures the balance between slowing down and exploring.
  • The website: restandroamrentals.com, with one path for travelers and one for homeowners. Guests see the listings and book. Homeowners see the guaranteed rent model, the services (manage, lease, rehab, market report), recent transformations, and a free guide on what to know before renting short-term.
  • The print: motel-style key tags that ask where should we go next, and a card that lists the benefits of hosting with a QR code to the site.

Impact & Results

The site is live and books stays, lists homes, and collects market report requests, all under one mark. The same deep blue and the same stamp carry from the homepage to the key tag a guest finds on the counter, so the brand feels the same online and in the house.
