United Resource Center

United Resource Center needed a site that could do three jobs at once. We built a resource hub that works as well for a stressed caregiver on a phone as it does for a donor or a search engine.

Two overlapping tablet screens displaying a website for a support organization. The left screen shows a woman speaking with a headline 'Support Every step of the way' and images of diverse people joining hands and smiling seniors. The right screen shows a headline 'How can we support you?' with an image of two women smiling outdoors, text sections titled 'Community Colleges Program' and 'Apprenticeship' with descriptions and images of diverse adults in educational or work settings.

Project Overview

United Resource Center is a California 501(c)(3) that walks alongside caregivers and their families with education, training, and essential resources. Live at unitedresourcecenter.org, their line is simple: we build programs around you.

Our Role

We handled the web design and build, information architecture, and a full SEO and AI-discoverability setup. That meant:

  • A 16-page Webflow site, including seven program pages, from Community Colleges and Apprenticeships to the Food Bank and Care for Caregivers
  • A custom Community College Finder that maps California colleges and filters them by distance, city, and program
  • A collaborative SEO setup, so the team can safely edit their own page titles and descriptions
  • An AI-discoverability setup, so Google and AI assistants can find and recommend the site

We finished with a fast, accessible image setup, so the site stays quick to load and easy to find.

Impact & Results

The site is live at unitedresourcecenter.org, with every program and its events under one clear brand, and it is search- and AI-ready from day one. It also carries measurable community impact: 111 families served by the holiday toy drive, 80 by the turkey drive, and about 200 reached at the Grossmont College resource fair.
