Orlando's Oasis
Booking a pool cleaning used to mean phone tag. We built Orlando's Oasis three connected apps, one for homeowners, one for technicians, and one for the team running the business, and booking a clean now takes about a minute.

Project Overview
Orlando's Oasis is a pool-service marketplace for Central Florida. It is three-sided: homeowners book a clean in about a minute and get a vetted pro with photo proof, technicians run their routes, and an admin dashboard runs the whole network.
Our Role
We owned product strategy, UX/UI, and the full build, across three role-gated apps and a marketing site. That meant:
- A booking flow with transparent pricing and before-and-after photo proof on every job
- Memberships and recurring scheduling, with fair per-pool pricing and cleaning credits
- Automated emails that keep everyone in the loop: confirmations, reschedules, route delays, and weekly technician digests
- Pricing, scheduling, and membership rules built to stay consistent everywhere as the business grows
Behind the apps, we built in the security and testing that keep it safe and reliable as it grows.
Impact & Results
Orlando's Oasis is live at orlandosoasispools.com, built February through August 2026 at roughly 10x the scope of the original MVP. Every job carries before-and-after photo proof, pricing is transparent up front, and the whole network, bookings, routes, billing, and email, runs from one admin dashboard. Customers come back, too, with a 62% repeat booking rate. It shipped hardened, with around 1,620 automated tests keeping it reliable.
